Responsibilities
- Lead hiring and foster an inclusive work environment to retain staff
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure high program quality standards
- Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and maintain budget compliance
- Communicate proactively to build relationships with families, clients, and staff
Qualifications
- Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, or child development required; bachelor's preferred
- Minimum of four years leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings required
- Experience in teaching and administration of a child care center is mandatory
- Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety, and licensing standards is essential
