About the role
Huntey's Clubhouse is a childcare brand established in 1995, offering in-home childcare services and now operating eight centers. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment for children and support for families.
Responsibilities
- Promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children under care and collaborates with staff to maintain a safe, learning environment.
- Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules, and directs 20+ personnel.
- Manages staff and fosters a positive atmosphere within the center, evaluating performance and promoting professional development.
- Oversees daily operations, addressing parent, child, and staff concerns.
- Operates within a budget, managing purchases for materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborates with other directors and regional director on best practices, meal planning, and more.
- Schedules and conducts tours, onboard new families, and ensures compliance with state and local regulations.
- Completes training and courses to stay updated on daycare standards and procedures.
- Maintains the childcare center and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety.
- Develops and maintains relationships with state childcare licensing agencies, parent groups, and other relevant organizations.
- Responds to inquiries and complaints from agencies, parents, and the community.
- Maintains proper records and files.
- Communicates through private parent/caregiver social media page, marketing efforts, and company-wide events.
- Ensures high-quality standards for the brand.
- Uses tools such as iPad, Procare App, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree minimum, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Supervision experience.
- Licensure required.
- CPR Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with local, state, and federal laws governing child care centers.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Pay
Base salary plus bonus potential up to 25% of annual salary, paid out twice a year. Salary range: $40,000/year.
