Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for child and adolescent populations
  • Independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Offer flexible schedules and work-life balance options
  • Utilize latest digital technology in clinical practice

Requirements

  • Experience working with child and adolescent populations
  • Independent licensure and credentialing as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Current license to practice in Virginia
  • Experience in mental health therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Annual income potential: $100,000 to $112,000, compensation model based on productivity
