Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Responsibilities

• Independently provide therapy sessions to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

• Must be independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience working with child and adolescent populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Current license to practice in Virginia.
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in digital health technologies.

Pay

Annual income potential: $92,000 to $102,000, compensation model based on productivity.

Flexible schedule, set your own hours. On-site & hybrid positions, offering both In-person & remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office).
