About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT and experienced in working with child and adolescent populations are a critical part of our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting, both in-person and via telemedicine.

Pay
Annual income potential: $92,000 to $102,000+, with a compensation model based on productivity.
