Responsibilities
- Independently provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for child and adolescent populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
- Must be independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience working with child and adolescent populations
- Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Current license/certification in Virginia
- Passing score on the appropriate licensing exam
