Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Independently provide evidence-based therapy to patients in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience working with child and adolescent populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Valid Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Annual income potential: $100,000 to $112,000, compensation model based on productivity.
