Child & Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Independently provide evidence-based therapy to patients in a variety of settings, including in-person and telehealth appointments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health.

Requirements

• Must be independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience working with child and adolescent populations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Valid Virginia license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital, school, or community mental health setting.

Pay

Annual income potential: $02,000 to $102,000+, compensation model based on productivity.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, set your own hours. On-site & hybrid positions available, offering both In-person and remote flexibility (minimum 3 days in-office).
