Key Responsibilities
- Own global ARR growth and revenue performance
- Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts
- Partner with Customer Success to maximise expansion revenue and net revenue retention
- Personally lead strategic, high-value enterprise opportunities
- Build and develop a world-class commercial organisation across North America and Europe
- Define and execute the company's global commercial strategy
- Refine ideal customer profiles, segmentation and positioning
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on growth initiatives and monetisation opportunities
- Create scalable, repeatable sales processes and forecasting discipline
- Lead global marketing and demand generation efforts
- Build a predictable pipeline creation engine
- Strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership within target markets
- Own marketing budgets, campaign performance and event strategy
- Develop strategic partnerships across the fintech, data and financial services ecosystem
- Create channel and alliance programmes that generate measurable revenue impact
- Manage key commercial relationships and partnership agreements
- Establish best-in-class forecasting, CRM discipline and pipeline management
- Build scalable commercial processes, reporting and operational infrastructure
- Present revenue performance and growth strategy to the Board and investors
- Drive accountability, performance management and commercial excellence across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Essential Experience:
- Proven success selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions into financial services
- Track record of closing seven-figure ARR enterprise deals
- Experience selling to institutional investors, asset managers, private markets firms or comparable financial institutions
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale commercial organisations in high-growth environments
- Experience designing and implementing go-to-market strategy, not simply executing within an existing framework
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, boards and investors
- Experience within fund accounting, fund administration, portfolio management technology, private markets software or adjacent fintech sectors
- Background combining large enterprise software environments with high-growth SaaS businesses
- Exposure to venture-backed, private equity-backed or scale-up organisations
- Experience with recurring revenue, usage-based pricing or platform commercial models
- Highly Desirable Experience
