Own the full guest journey, from inspiration and discovery through booking, on-property experience, and post-stay engagement
Ensure a seamless and elevated experience across hotels, restaurants, wellness, and nightlife touchpoints
Integrate digital, physical, and human interactions into a cohesive, emotionally resonant journey
Identify and optimize moments that drive loyalty, advocacy, and lifetime value
Mission Membership & Guest Journey Innovation
Lead the strategy and evolution of 1 Hotels Mission Membership, a next-generation loyalty platform
Grow a program that rewards purpose-driven behaviors, engagement, and community participation
Integrate loyalty across stays, F&B, wellness, and experiences, creating a unified ecosystem
Leverage data and personalization to deepen guest relationships and repeat engagement
Experiential Programming, Wellness & Activations - From Daylife to Nightlife
Define and scale wellness as a core brand pillar, particularly within 1 Hotels and across the broader portfolio
Lead experiential programming across hotels and venues—from wellness and fitness to music, culinary, and cultural events
Develop signature activations that drive both brand equity and revenue
Activate properties across all dayparts, from sunrise wellness to late-night programming
Revenue, Demand & Performance Marketing
In partnership with and supporting the commercial teams, drive total revenue performance across rooms, restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues
Lead digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle strategies - in conjunction with the commercial leadership
Optimize demand across multiple audiences: global travelers, local communities, and members
Balance brand building with performance rigor—deep fluency in both storytelling and metrics
Social, Influencer & Cultural Relevance
Build a social-first, culturally fluent marketing engine
Develop and scale influencer and creator ecosystems, from global voices to local tastemakers
Oversee content that is platform-native, experience-led, and highly shareable
Drive earned media, conversation, and brand heat across both travel and lifestyle audience
Portfolio & Concept Strategy
Lead marketing across a multi-layered portfolio: hotels, restaurants, bars, rooftops, beach clubs, and nightlife venues
Oversee residential marketing platform for each brand, supporting developers in their sales and marketing efforts, driving the residential brand licensing part of the business forward.
Partner on the creation and launch of new concepts, including F&B, wellness, and experiential formats
Ensure each concept has clear positioning, audience, and identity, while enabling cross-brand synergy
Support a growing global pipeline of openings
Partnerships & Community Building
Forge partnerships with like-minded brands, chefs, wellness leaders, artists, designers, musicians, and creators
Build communities around each brand, not just audiences
Position Starwood at the forefront of purpose-driven hospitality, wellness, and cultural programming
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary marketing organization
Inspire teams across brand, digital, PR, social, and property-level marketing
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, speed, and experimentation
