Role
Co-founder owning go-to-market end to end: positioning, brand, demand, and the strategy to win a fast-moving market. You won't run someone else's plan — you'll build it, and the team, from near zero. Founder seat: real ownership, real upside, equity plus a salary.

Ideal Candidate
An early-stage marketing or growth leader (B2B/SaaS/AI ideal) who's driven real traction, not just managed a brand. You make complex products simple and exciting. You're a builder who'll write the copy and run the experiments yourself before you have a team. You move fast with incomplete information. You want to own a company, not fill a job — energized by category creation and early-stage building.
