Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of Sales Representatives and Sales Consultants in the assigned market.
• Ensure sales and quality KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide in-field training and development for Sales Representatives and Sales Consultants.
• Identify and address process deficiencies to improve consistency and effectiveness.
• Conduct in-person training sessions and ride-alongs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Complete in-home sales demonstrations and provide sales quotes when necessary.
• Travel throughout the assigned market as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in direct selling, outside sales, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in training and coaching outside sales representatives.
• Ability to translate training documentation into practical applications.
• Experience managing conflict resolution and motivating others.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in the direct-to-consumer home services industry.
• 10%-25% domestic travel required.
