About the role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within targeted markets and segments, developing account strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs, building and maintaining relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, negotiating contracts and managing long-term agreements, utilizing CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress, collaborating with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, monitoring profitability, and implementing margin improvement plans.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and manage long-term agreements.

  • Maintain profitability and implement margin improvement plans.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive commercial excellence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in corrugated packaging sales with a focus on new business development.
  • Proven track record of success in hunting and closing new accounts in B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
