Chemline Technician III (1st Shift)

Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Perform receiving, packaging, bagging, inspecting, and shipping of parts.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
• Attend monthly communication meetings and training programs.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow all safety protocols.
• Manage time effectively and report on progress towards goals.
• Maintain a high level of safety and environmental awareness.
• Advance skills and learn new processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• AAS degree in a technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials.
• Media blast experience.
• Quality Assurance experience.
• Kaizen or Lean training a plus.
• Previous experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to take SPC measurements and log data.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE and work in a cleanroom environment.

Skills

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of chemical processing and tank chemistry.
• Experience with parts cleaning and coating technologies.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $22.79 to $34.23 per hour. The total compensation package may include additional elements such as variable pay and discretionary awards, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required.
