Chemline Technician III (1st Shift)

Responsibilities
- Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
- Perform receiving, packaging, bagging, inspecting, and shipping of parts.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
- Attend monthly communication meetings and training programs.
- Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow all safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively and report on progress towards goals.
- Maintain a high level of safety and environmental awareness.
- Advance skills and learn new processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- AAS degree in a technical field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials.
- Media blast experience.
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Kaizen or Lean training a plus.
- Previous experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to take SPC measurements and log data.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE and work in a cleanroom environment.
Skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of chemical processing and tank chemistry.
- Experience with parts cleaning and coating technologies.

Pay
The starting pay range for this position is $22.79 to $34.23 per hour. The total compensation package may include additional elements such as variable pay and discretionary awards, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required.
