Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Follow SOPs, Lean manufacturing processes, and company policies.
• Complete training on assigned processes.
• Maintain organized work areas and handle hazardous chemicals safely.
• Attend safety meetings and training programs.
• Learn and understand various tank chemistries.
• Prepare chemistry tanks according to defined recipes.
• Manage tasks efficiently and report on achieved goals.
• Practice safe work habits and maintain environmental awareness.
• Seek to advance skills and learn new processes.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in manufacturing processes or materials.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies.
• Experience in media blast and quality assurance.
• Previous experience in the parts cleaning industry is a plus.
• High-Tech or Semiconductor experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or related field.
• AAS degree in a Technical field or some college.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Skills

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and provide fast turn-around on production.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
