About the role
Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager to support culinary operations at Pembrook Hill School Dining.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach, and develop culinary staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established recipes, standards, and customer expectations.
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and inventory management practices.
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Strong culinary and kitchen management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with large-scale food production and catering operations.
- Experience in contract food service or hospitality environments.

- Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent.
