Chef de Partie

About the role

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our kitchen teams at the Elite Athlete Centre and assist in the efficient day to day running of the venue's kitchen. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food with previous experience of working in a busy kitchen operation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service, including functions
• Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and guests
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Qualifications

• A Level 2 food hygiene qualification is desirable

Pay

£14.06 per hour

Schedule

Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week)
