About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our kitchen team at Burleigh Court Hotel.
Responsibilities
- Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service, including functions
- Cooking and serving food to our guests in the restaurant
- Ensuring food safety standards are always followed
- Communicating effectively with both team members and guests
- Working well as part of a team
Requirements
- Passionate about food with previous experience of working in a busy kitchen operation
- A Level 2 food hygiene qualification is desirable
