Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of a particular workstation dedicated to preparing and cooking food for various outlets.
- Maintain and enforce USPH standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale restaurant, hotel, cruise ship, or high-volume food service facility.
- Proof of cook apprenticeship or its equivalent.
- Opportunity to work through the ranks and further your career.
- Average contracts from 6 – 8 months.
- All meals provided.
- Flight to and from the ship.
- Special rates for your family and friends to visit onboard.
- Free laundry of uniforms.
- Shipboard experience preferred.
