Charter Coordination Specialist (Full-Time)

An entry-level position with great career advancement opportunities. In this role, you will support the growing SkyWest Charter operation through trip logistics coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to relevant communications from business partners and clients
• Arrange and track logistical support and documentation for booked trips
• Assist applicable teams with needed trip information, including client requests, day-of-flight changes, updates to operational status, and more
• Schedule and verify reservations, equipment requests, and fueling arrangements
• Communicate operational delays and constraints
• Perform pre-trip vetting of passengers using a provided web-based application
• Organize the current trip schedule utilizing Microsoft products and web-based applications
• Prepare pre-trip documentation
• Assist with gathering required information for international trip support
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Adaptability to changing priorities and strong time management skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule that allows for work during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must live or relocate to St. George, Utah
