Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Role Overview: The registered nurse in the Pulmonary Department provides high-quality nursing care in a 12-bed unit specializing in acute and chronic respiratory conditions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care from birth through the lifecycle, collaborate with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists, and serve as a resource for staff guidance. Maintain professional standards, ensure effective communication, and adapt patient ratios based on acuity and volume. Qualifications: Must have a nursing degree, an active Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC license, and BLS certification. At least one year of hospital nursing experience is required; two or more years and a bachelor's degree are preferred. Demonstrated clinical competency and specialty certification are advantageous.
