About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, managing operational issues during shifts, providing clinical care as needed based on census demands, communicating patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership, and serving as a resource and guiding staff members.

Key Duties

• Overseeing patient care quality and staff guidance
• Handling operational issues and clinical needs during shifts
• Ensuring staff compliance with required certifications and training

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred
• Valid RN license and multistate licensure (NLC/eNLC)
• Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, and NRP
• Specific certifications such as AWHONN Fetal Monitoring and PEARS are required based on unit
• Emergency Department nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days if not already certified
