Charge RN - Emergency Department, Night Shift

Overview The Emergency Department (ED) Patient Flow Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients through the ED. They coordinate patient care activities, act as a liaison with medical staff, delegate workload, and serve as a role model for teamwork, leadership, and professionalism. Responsibilities Coordinate patient flow and care activities within the ED to optimize safety and efficiency. Facilitate communication between staff and medical personnel to support smooth operations. Delegate tasks appropriately and promote a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Minimum of 1-year emergency department RN experience.Experience in leading or participating in quality and process improvement projects.Licensure as a Registered Nurse with Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure.Valid BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.Certified Emergency Room Nurse (CEN) preferred.
