Charge RN

Role: Charge RN for Inpatient Heart Failure unit on night shift. Responsibilities: Lead daily unit operations, supervise bedside nurses, ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patients. Manage staffing, patient flow, and escalate clinical concerns. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Mentor and support team members, promoting a respectful and inclusive culture. Participate in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Leadership experience in a clinical setting, strong communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of heart failure care, ability to coordinate and oversee patient care, and commitment to safety and quality improvement.
