Location: Lewiston, Maine | Department: Coronary Care Unit | Shifts: Days and Nights
Pay
Up to $1,451–$1,982 gross weekly ($40.32–$55.06/hr) plus $3/hour differential.
Responsibilities
- Monitor care quality, documentation, and compliance
- Implement care plan changes for patient safety
- Conduct patient and family rounding to improve experience
- Serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff
- Provide direct patient care to maintain staffing ratios
- Support unit operations, communicating safety concerns
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and assignments
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff
- Ensure supplies and equipment readiness
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Oversee nursing staff and patient care during shifts
Requirements
- Valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in acute care CCU setting
- One year of staff nurse experience in critical care
- Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certification within 6 months of hire
