About the role

Prairie View Healthcare Center in Woonsocket is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse (RN) to lead and oversee nursing care delivery for residents in a close-knit, community-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee nursing care delivery for residents
• Support and guide nursing staff to ensure excellent care standards
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
• Follow and implement individualized care plans
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license in the state of South Dakota
• Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
