Charge Nurse - PCU, PT Nights

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across all age groups.
• Manage operational issues during night shifts and provide clinical care as needed based on patient census.
• Communicate patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership.
• Serve as a resource for guidance and support to nursing staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program with a minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience.
• Current State of Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of hospital experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Advanced specialty certification.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.
