Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of high-quality nursing care across all ages
- Manage operational issues during shift
- Provide clinical care based on patient census
- Communicate patient needs, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership
- Serve as a resource and guide for staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- At least one year of hospital nursing experience
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
Preferred
- 2+ years of hospital experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced specialty certification
- Demonstrated clinical competency
