Charge Nurse - PCU, PT Nights

Role: Provides quality nursing care during night shifts, coordinating patient care and addressing operational issues. Acts as a resource and communicates patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership. Responsibilities: Ensures delivery of comprehensive nursing services for patients across all ages, supervises shift operations, and offers clinical assistance as needed based on patient census. Qualifications: Graduate of a nursing program.Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience.Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.BLS certification required.Preferred: two or more years of hospital nursing, bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification, and demonstrated clinical competency.
