Charge Nurse - PCU, PT Nights

About the role

Provides quality nursing care across all age groups during night shifts, oversees operational issues, and ensures effective communication within the team. Acts as a resource and guides staff while addressing patient care, departmental, and staffing concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• One year of hospital nursing experience required; two or more preferred
• Current State of Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification required
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced specialty certification preferred
• Demonstrated clinical competency
