Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Renal, Days

Role: Provides comprehensive nursing care across various specialties, coordinating patient care, addressing operational issues, and serving as a resource for staff. Responsibilities: Coordinates quality nursing services for patients from birth through the lifecycle, communicates patient and departmental information, and supports staff guidance and assistance. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.Valid Georgia RN license or multistate licensure. Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialty-specific certifications.Additional certifications may be needed based on the department, such as TNCC, ENPC, or labor/delivery certifications.
