About the role
Provides and coordinates high-quality nursing care across various departments, supporting patient safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Delivers clinical care
- Communicates patient and staff needs to leadership
- Serves as a resource for staff guidance
- Coordinates care delivery
- Assesses patient data
- Develops and implements care plans
- Evaluates outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred)
- Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate license
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
- Additional certifications based on specialty, such as PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, TNCC, ENPC, and specialty-specific licenses
