Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Days

Role: Provides comprehensive nursing care across various departments, ensuring high-quality patient care from birth through the lifecycle. Responsibilities: Coordinates clinical care, manages operational issues during shifts, communicates patient and staff concerns, and serves as a resource for staff guidance. Develops and implements individualized care plans, promotes a safe environment, and evaluates patient progress. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.Active RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure.Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and unit-specific certifications.
