About the role
Provide high-quality nursing care for patients with respiratory issues in the Med Surg 2: Pulmonary Department of a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of patient care
- Communicate departmental and patient needs
- Serve as a resource for staff
- Ensure standards of practice are maintained
- Collaborate with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists to deliver comprehensive care
- Adapt patient ratios based on acuity and volume
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program
- At least one year of hospital experience
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license
- BLS certification
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Two or more years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Advanced specialty certification

- Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment
