About the Role
Coordinates and delivers high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, managing operational issues during shifts. Provides clinical care as needed, communicates patient and departmental concerns, and serves as a resource for staff guidance.
Responsibilities
- Ensures effective care coordination and advocates for patient safety.
- Promotes a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and leads within the practice setting.
- Integrates evidence-based practices to improve nursing quality and outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and specialty certifications (e.g., NICU, Women's Services, Emergency) as required by the unit.
