Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Nights

Role Overview Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and manages operational issues during the shift. Provides clinical care as needed to meet patient census demands. Acts as a resource for staff guidance, communication, and issue resolution. Responsibilities Ensure high-quality nursing care, address operational concerns, and communicate effectively with leadership. Support staff with guidance and assistance, and deliver clinical care based on patient needs. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of hospital nursing experience required; 2+ years preferredValid RN license in the state; BCLS and advanced specialty certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, Fetal Monitoring) are mandatoryAdditional certifications such as PEARS and PALS needed depending on department
