Charge Nurse - Acute Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care for assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based treatment
• Oversee clinical operations, delegate tasks, and support staff nurses and aides
• Manage patient flow and acuity-based assignments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement
• Mentor and support staff within a collaborative, patient-centered environment

• Strong leadership and clinical management skills
• Experience in acute rehabilitation or similar healthcare settings
