Charge Nurse (RN) Acute Rehabilitation
Your Experience Matters
As a Charge Nurse RN, you will lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading clinical mentorship
- Oversight of documentation
- Coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs
- Administering medications safely and accurately
- Aiding the RN with initial and reassessments
- Implementing appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions
- Performing timely and accurate QI assessments
- Delivering care based on patient response and updating the interdisciplinary plan
- Assessing and reassessing pain and implementing appropriate pain management techniques
- Developing and implementing individualized teaching plans
- Performing other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
Applicants should have a current state RN license, an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school, and at least two years of experience in a rehabilitative or acute care setting. Additional requirements include a BSN, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Child and Adult Abuse Certification, and CRRN certification.
