This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Charge Description Master (CDM) regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and analyze changes in regulatory and payer requirements
- Update and review CDM entries in the CDM software
- Communicate changes in the corporate CDM to relevant users and areas
- Conduct pre-work activities related to Epic CDM mapping
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting, Math, or related field
- RHIA, RHIT, CPC, COC, CCS, or CCS-P certification required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of charge master coding regulations and guidelines
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems

$106,746 – $160,118 annually
Schedule
- Regular full-time schedule, Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week with no weekend requirements
- Exempt position status
