Charge CT Radiology Technologist (Nights)

About the role

Seeking a Full-Time Charge CT Radiology Technologist (Nights) responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in CT, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The role includes preparing patients and equipment, performing studies independently and during on-call situations, and overseeing shift operations such as workflow and assignments. The technologist acts as a clinical resource, troubleshooting, mentoring staff, and serving as a liaison between the team and supervisor. Responsibilities also involve managing supplies and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Perform studies independently, including portable exams and on-call duties.
• Manage shift workflow, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Mentor staff and support training of students or new employees.
• Maintain supplies and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or Trade School equivalent; Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
• 2–5 years of experience; experience in advanced imaging modalities preferred.
• Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, and others; CPR certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities.
