Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize hotel channel reservations for improved guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure seamless booking processes and exceptional service.
• Monitor and analyze reservation trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or similar customer service role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems.
