What You'll Do
- Partner with the Demand Generation and Sales teams to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive Residential Energy sales performance
- Lead execution support for ongoing marketing and partner programs
- Drive development and execution of partner marketing materials, including emails, toolkits, webinars, campaigns, and rebate initiatives
- Create and track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and owners across multiple workstreams
- Maintain and improve program reporting dashboards for accuracy and usability
- Review Certified Installer marketing and materials for compliance with Tesla brand guidelines
- Cook up end-to-end logistics for Tesla-branded merchandise, including ordering, inventory tracking, and fulfillment
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relvant field, or evidence of exceptional ability and 8+ years of relevant hands-on work experience, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience developing growth/product marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, and executing results-based marketing programs
- Experience working in business-to-business (B2B) roles is a plus
- Experience within the energy/solar industry is preferred but not required
- Robust analytical skills needed to perform data analyses and create data-driven reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects
- Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, integrity and an eagerness to take responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and results
