About This Opportunity

As an International Channel Manager, your core objective is to replace guesswork with a clear, systematic approach to shepherding projects from ideation through delivery. This includes organization and collaboration with international/regional sales teams to ensure smooth and accurate market delivery globally. You will track, organize, and drive opportunities through defined stages to ensure steady progress, accurate artifact and information collection, and process efficiency. You will also acts as a strategic bridge between regional sales, operations, project management, IT, and software development teams. Acting as this bridge, the CM works to minimize bottlenecks and reduce time to market challenges. This role also acts as the subject matter expert and special advocate for their assigned region, providing information about to rest of the organization regarding regional nuances related to culture/business, governance/regulation, and best practices/SOPs that could impact project work.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, enforce, and standardize pipeline stages to ensure consistent progress and tracking.
  • Align upcoming projects with resource availability to ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Provide real-time visibility into pipeline data and create/maintain dashboards and/or retrospectives for regional staff and/or enterprise leadership.
  • Identify process and/or pipeline gaps, troubleshoot stalls, and partner with cross-functional resources and/or leadership on mitigation strategies and execution.
  • Maintain Pipeline structure, workflow, approval automations, and data integrity standards. This includes championing standard operating procedures within regions, assisting with relevant training, and maintaining communications regarding enterprise-wide changes to process and/or best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in technology, finance or business preferred (or equivalent business experience)
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in: business development / cross-functional product development or management consulting / financial services with exposure to transaction processing, IT service delivery and/or fintech/payments industry
  • Advanced MS /copilot skills preferred, not required
  • PMP, six sigma, scrum and/or agile certification preferred, not required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities
  • Ability to use sound, independent reasoning and judgment to establish work priorities
  • Proven ability to respond to constantly changing priorities and shifting deadlines in a turbulent working environment
  • Multicultural/multinational work experience
