Channel Manager
Summary Of Responsibilities
The Channel Marketing Manager | EGO, is responsible for driving profitable share growth across the served markets by managing the development of the channel penetration and harmonization strategies. This includes developing marketing, sales, merchandising and digital strategies within and across channels which deliver top line sales targets and bottom-line profit with efficient utilization of working capital.
Brand Responsibility
EGO & EGO Commercial Channel Responsibility: Key Strategic Dealer & National Distributor Accounts, Strategic Ecommerce (i.e. Amazon) and select strategic 3P marketplace customers

- Strategic Marketing & Assortment Planning
- Long term strategic planning leadership.
- Lead development and execution of cross-functional business plan & key objectives.
- Lead brand strategy and positioning within assigned customers and channels.
- Risk and opportunity planning and support.
- Channel & Customer Management
- Identification and understanding of key channel partner objectives, behaviors and strategies.
- Lead customer line review, business review, seasonal review strategies and development.
- Support National & Customer specific promotional planning, sales lift analysis and profitability expectations for dedicated channels and customers.
- Channel New Product Launch Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive new product commercialization plan for key strategic customers in collaboration with brand, sales, product and the customer.
- Lead strategy development and execution of channel specific new product launch materials, assets and programs.
- Co-Marketing & Merchandising
- Lead and develop fully integrated co-marketing campaign planning and execution with integrated media team, sales, customers and key channel partners.
- Lead strategy, development and execution of compelling customers or channel specific sales & POP materials across all mediums.
- Support budget management of customer and/or channel specific co-marketing & channel marketing budgets and activities in collaboration with sales & media team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on brand paid campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google, etc) to align with Ecommerce and Amazon JBP objectives.
- Product Listings & Content Optimization
- Manage along with sales the 3P marketplace relationships and ensure compliance with channel policies, MAP guidelines, and platform requirements.
- Support optimization of product listings by improving titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and merchandising content for better visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate digital marketing to ensure consistent messaging amongst platforms.
- Monitor SEO performance within marketplaces.
- Support oversight of Amazon.com business reporting; measuring key metrics and KPIs to provide key insights supporting growth initiatives where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Amazon specific tactics into potential new product configurations, potential product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Required Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent and 3 to 5 years of proven success as a channel manager, account manager, or other related experience.
- Experience in building and successfully executing product pricing strategies within the retail environment.

- Salesforce experience a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $90k to $110k. Offers are generally made between this range depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. In some cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer outside of the posted range.

This job operates in a professional office environment with the option for hybrid work schedules. It also requires communication via email and video conference with international teams on a weekly basis. Chervon North America operates in a casual and fun environment.
