Channel Global Campaigns Manager
About the role
You are the person who gets to the heart of what makes a channel campaign actually work—because you have seen firsthand that “partner ready” means nothing if partners don’t actually use it. You thrive in the space between strategy and execution, where translating technical or complex product stories into content that a sales rep can actually send to an SMB customer is the real win. You like to get your hands dirty: interviewing sales, listening to engineers, grabbing direct feedback from partners, then rolling up your sleeves and building the toolkit—from email nurture sequences to LinkedIn posts, from one-pagers to campaign kits.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch through-partner marketing campaigns that equip channel partners with the tools they need to drive pipeline and close deals in the SMB space
- Collaborate daily with marketing, sales, and technical teams to develop content and messaging that speaks to real SMB buyers, not just personas on a slide
- Create and maintain a full suite of partner-ready assets—emails, social posts, one-pagers, videos, presentations, landing pages, and campaign kits—ready for immediate deployment
- Develop LinkedIn and social media content formatted for partner use, making it easy for reps to amplify reach and engagement
- Build and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences partners can launch, always tuning for open rates, clicks, and real SMB buyer response
- Keep the partner enablement library up to date, ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and easy to find
- Track campaign performance using real data, reporting results to leadership, and iterating based on what actually works
- Use AI tools for content development, research, and workflow efficiency—speeding up production without sacrificing quality

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools for rapid content creation
- Comfort with marketing data and a habit of using metrics to inform real-world decisions
