Global Campaigns Manager

About the role

Rubrik is seeking a hands-on Global Campaigns Manager to strategically design and execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth on a global scale. You will lead end-to-end campaign strategy, development, and execution, utilizing a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet and exceed MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals. This role reports into our HQ in Palo Alto with a weekly hybrid cadence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of key global demand generation campaigns, from awareness to conversion.
• Serve as the campaign "quarterback," aligning and orchestrating cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to ensure seamless execution and continuous feedback.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all activities on the demand funnel, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage a global campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and regional needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive demand generation experience, with at least 3 years of integrated campaign experience in a B2B company, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud.
• Demonstrated expertise in the full demand generation mix with a proven track record of driving significant lead and revenue growth through highly creative campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and an unwavering focus on optimizing ROI.
• Mastery of project management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams across functions and regions.
• Experience with marketing and CRM tech stacks, such as Salesforce, is essential.
• Ability to excel in high-growth, dynamic settings, managing multiple projects and deadlines with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay

US Pay Range: $138,200—$207,300 USD. The role is also eligible for bonus potential, equity, and benefits. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on U.S. location. Salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
