Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management efforts for a large-scale Workday implementation
- Drive organizational readiness and user adoption across Workday HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance modules
- Develop and execute change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies
- Partner with executive sponsors, project managers, implementation partners, and business leaders to support implementation goals
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and executive updates while providing change management expertise
- Conduct change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness
- Develop communication plans, training materials, job aids, and end-user support resources
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics and recommend corrective actions when needed
- Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance, risks, and change-related challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure key change management milestones are achieved
- Deliver a high-touch customer experience by proactively supporting stakeholders and anticipating organizational needs
- Build credibility quickly and foster strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of change management experience
- Experience supporting at least one full Workday implementation required
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Supply Chain, Finance, or related modules
- Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills
- Experience developing communication strategies, training programs, and user adoption plans
- Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to guide teams through organizational change and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
- Ability to establish trust, influence decision-makers, and work effectively across all levels of an organization
- Highly organized, proactive, structured self-starter with strong follow-through
- Prosci certification or formal change management training preferred
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness activities preferred
- Healthcare or nonprofit industry experience preferred
Pay
Salary Range: $80.00-100.00 per hour, depending on experience
