Responsibilities
- Maintain contract performance to include budget, performance, and deliverables.
- Manage subcontractors, financial tracking, and contract compliance.
- Communicate contract goals and objectives to administrative and analyst staff.
- Ensure excellent and compliant contract performance.
- Monitor and manage Phase-In and Phase-Out plans.
- Manage employee work and vacation scheduling.
- Manage contract security requirements for employees and visitors.
- Engage with contract training manager to ensure training requirements are accomplished.
- Engage with customer unit managers to ensure effective performance of all staff.
- Draft, edit, and clear all products in appropriate format.
- Allocate and adjust resources to accomplish program objectives.
- Manage administrative, performance, and contractual issues associated with support services contracts.
- Lead large teams located in multiple locations in the field of expertise required by this contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of progressive experience in an office environment
- 3 years of which include managing a team on a federal or commercial contract valued at $10M annually or more
- Top Secret security clearance
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree preferred
- PMP certification preferred

- Demonstrated expertise in Federal Government contract management
- Expertise in preparing management, business, technical, and personnel reports
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams located in multiple locations in the field of expertise required by this contract
