Program Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience with managerial/supervisory responsibilities and program level leadership experience is required.
• Experience across a range of modalities within social work or counseling preferred.
• Experience working with veteran population is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership capacity and ability to foster team building and a supportive, flexible environment.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Driver’s License with clear record.
• Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Oversee & support all operations for the Pensacola Health and Wellness Center.
• In coordination with Endeavors Community Engagement, lead and coordinate marketing and outreach initiatives to raise awareness of the Center’s programs and attract new clients and tenants.
• Initiate, guide, and support staff with continuous quality and process improvements.
• Forecast budget planning and execute expenditures of program funds to achieve the directed margin.
• Collaboratively work with specialized staff to monitor client needs and implement new support services when indicated.
• Represent the center in local, state, and national forums, promoting partnerships and advocating for the center’s services and mission.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize center operations and enhance service delivery.
• Oversee performance measurement, capturing and reporting client outcomes.
• Track and complete funder deliverables, audits, surveys, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in, organize, and train staff in established best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
