Change Management Consultant
About the role
We are seeking a change leader to support a major enterprise transformation focused on replacing point-of-sale hardware and software across multiple brands. Our team is looking for someone who can assess readiness, guide organizational change, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to help drive sustainable adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities for a large-scale enterprise program.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and summarize findings for project teams and senior leaders.
- Support leadership with organizational development, change, and behavioral change considerations that may affect rollout success.
- Partner cross-functionally and manage stakeholders to support impact assessments and change planning.
Requirements
- Prior experience leading a large, enterprise-level change initiative.
- Either PROSCI training or at least 6 years of change management practitioner experience.
- Strong experience conducting impact assessments.
- Highly experienced in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
